Standard Warranty
All LiveYE products come with a standard warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
- TrueBOND V: 1-year limited warranty
- TrueBOND PRO: 30-month limited warranty
- Accessories: 6-month limited warranty
Our standard warranty includes repair or replacement of defective products at our discretion. Shipping costs to our service center are the responsibility of the customer, while return shipping is covered by LiveYE.
Premium Warranty
For customers who need enhanced protection and priority service, we offer a Premium Warranty option with additional benefits.

- Accidental Damage Protection: Coverage for drops, spills, and other accidents

What does the warranty cover?
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions. This includes issues with components, materials, and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

You can check your warranty status by entering your product's serial number on our warranty verification page. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team with your purchase details, and they will assist you in determining your current warranty status.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Contact our technical support team to troubleshoot the issue
- If the issue cannot be resolved, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Ship your product to the designated service center with the RMA number clearly marked
- Our team will evaluate the product and either repair or replace it according to warranty terms
- The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you
What is not covered by the warranty?

Can I extend my warranty?
Yes, we offer extended warranty options that can be purchased within 30 days of your original product purchase. Extended warranties provide the same coverage as the standard warranty for an additional period of 12, 24, or 36 months. Contact our sales team or visit our online store to purchase an extended warranty.
